How do you ‘show up’ at work?
Emotions are something we all experience as human beings, whether we are aware of it or not, and they have a daily influence on us. Additionally, they have an impact on those around us, both at work and in our personal lives. Research has shown that having a strong emotional intelligence is beneficial for achieving success in our careers, maintaining good mental health, nurturing relationships, and finding happiness.
Having higher emotional intelligence in the workplace is also a great way to reduce work-related stress and enhance our personal ability to cope with challenges. The Genos Emotional Intelligence Workplace Reports are an excellent resource for individuals and teams who want to improve their emotional intelligence, leading to better connections, collaboration, and communication.

The Genos Workplace reports focus on the the six competencies of the model below and share the productive and unproductive being states of each.
